#SayYes

Yea, You said Yes to the challenge, Congrats!

The most important step in any challenge is to accept & say Yes.

What I’ve discovered is saying yes is pretty easy, pretty simple. Saying yes because saying no is too hard has become commonplace, the norm. I wonder what would happen if people started saying yes, and meant it.

I’ve found without conviction people tend to idle. Words are thrown around without much thought. Yes is a very powerful word when you think about it.

All action, All change, All transformation begins with the three letter word, “Yes”.

The problem lies when someone says yes and doesn’t follow through. Most don’t follow through because they didn’t want to say yes in the first place. So much anxiety is created when someone says yes and doesn’t mean it.

How do I know? Because I’m a “Yes” girl. Correction … “Was” a yes girl. (See, I’m on this path to live an amazing life right with ya.) It was so terribly hard for me to simply say No. I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, etc. In reality, I washurting myself. Resentment started adding up. Why is it so hard for women to say no?

My favorite quote Eva. Period. It gives us permission to shine, to be amazing.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other peoplepermission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”~Marianne Williamson

Think About –

If we are going to own our Greatness, then we must own our words. How
can we shine if we aren’t being honest with the most important
person, YOU.

So when you say yes; mean it.

Say YES to Brilliance.
Say YES to Talent.
Say YES to Fabulous.
Say YES to Liberation.

Action Item –

Have the courage this week to say No. (Trust me, it’s scarier than it sounds) If everyone in the
world could openly and honestly say no, then ALL the Yes’ in the world would be meant, not spoken
by default.
